No, this is not a supported print file, though you may be able to create a PDF from within your Word Processor software or through a PDF making program. However, due to the nature of the source file, we cannot guarantee the printed result will match the original. This also applies to other files created in programs such as Publisher, Corel Draw, Excel or PowerPoint.

That will depend on the job in question.  For most normal products advertised on this web site, please allow 5 working days for production and delivery.  If you require a faster delivery than 5 days please call to confirm production timings 01622 845780.

These marks are placed at the corners of the artwork to indicate where the page is to be trimmed. Please supply all artwork with Crop Marks and Bleed (see below).

For print, please supply artwork in CMYK, colour space.

For most print applications ideally we'd require the artwork in one of the following formats:

PDF with images and fonts embedded (Portable Document Format) find out more
EPS with images and fonts embedded (Encapsulated PostScript) find out more
TIFF/JPG click on each to find out more.
Alternatively, if you have created the artwork using one of our Quark/InDesign templates and are unable to export as pdf or eps, you may wish to collect/package the artwork with all fonts and images included and send to us compressed in a zip file.

Bleed is printable area that extends out of the trimming area for an edge to edge print finish and to allow for tolerances when trimming and finishing (find out more). Please allow 3mm bleed for most small sheet applications and 5mm bleed for larger work (banners etc).

The higher the resolution, ultimately the better quality print will be achieved. For large print, such as display graphics and banners, we recommend supplying at a minimum of 150dpi (at full-size). However, for smaller printed sheet applications such as brochures and letterheads, we recommend a minmum of 300dpi.
